Very happy with this Bluetooth headset. Excellent sound quality, much better than expected for the price. Very fast delivery. would buy from this seller again. -- Great headset at a great price
This is my fourth bluetooth headset, and *finally* I have one that actually works consistently! It's reasonably comfortable, and the sound quality is great. People used to always complain of difficulty hearing me when I used my headset, but I never get complaints on this one, even when I'm talking to my wife, who holds no punches when it comes to technology. The dual-mic and boom set up seems to really make the difference.
I don't get the other review's caveat about beards. I have a full beard, and I have never had any discomfort at all. In fact I occasionally forget I'm wearing it. -- Best headset yet
I have the Plantronics Pro and technically it works just fine. The problem is that the rubber breaks where it curves to fit over the ear and Plantronics will not repair this. The broken rubber exposes the wires going to the microphone and when it breaks completely the breakage of the wires will not be far behind. This makes the unit worthless, despite its originally good functioning.
Prior models of the Voyager used heavier and stiffer rubber for the piece which goes over the ear and those last quite well. My experience with this problem is not unique. If you search the internet you will find the same problems reported by other users.
Do yourself a favor and dont buy this! -- Dont buy this unit
I lost my first Voyager Pro, bought a different model and was besieged by complaints from those I was talking to about sound quality. So I bought the Voyager Pro again and all complaints have stopped. Easy to put on the ear(pleae tell me I'm not the only one who has spasticaly wrestled a poorly designed earpiece onto my ear!), easy to adjust volume and of course, great call quality on both ends of the call. What else does one need in a headset?? -- Very good sound qaulity!
Is a very good headset with advanced features, the only think is Plantronics doesn't have an upgrade to "voyager pro uc" for ip-calls like skype. -- Voyager Pro Experience
