Philip Garrido, Jaycee Dugard’s Kidnapper

Philip Garrido, age 58 and his wife, Nancy Garrido has been charged and arrested for kidnapping Jaycee Dugard for 18 years. The neighbors describe him as a strange man which often performs religious tent revivals in his backyard. Garrido and his wife are now being held on $1,000,000 bond each.
