Many people gain weight without noticing that their eating habit has brought that weight to their body. The main key for maintaining our body weight without skipping meals is on our food choice. We need to know which one is healthy food that has good nutrition for our body and which one is unhealthy food that only gives us fat and calorie.
If you are planning to lose weight and stay healthy during the program, you need to know the choices of healthy food. This food will help you on your weight loss program. If you like to eat red meat, you need to know that fish has higher nutrition and it is much healthier for your body. It can prevent you from getting heart disease. Then, you have to eat more veggies and fruit. It gives you fiber, vitamins, and minerals. If you think that carbohydrate only makes you gaining weight, you certainly wrong. Your body needs fiber, vitamin B, minerals, and fatty acids from carbohydrate. You can change to whole grain carbohydrate for it has higher nutrition.
Garlic and onion are good for your immune system. Your meals have to consist of poultry, beans, and nuts. Yoghurt is good for desert for it is natural anticancer. Those choices will help you to fulfill your nutrition needs on your weight loss program.
