Alvin and the Chipmunks 2 - squeakuel This Christmas you will not miss the chance to take your children to cinema and watch some cutes chipmunk in actions. Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel is the sequel of Alvin and the Chipmunks which was released in 2007. This 20th Century Fox movie is especially released in this December to fulfil the emptiness of movie for children this winter.

The plot is still around Alvin, a multi-talented, charming chipmunk, voiced by Justin Long. Come back from their concert in Paris, Alvin who is the former in teen chipmunk trio must face school again with new title as celebrity. However, this time he and his friends have a competition, the three singing female chipmunks well known as The Chipettes. The Chipettes itself is formed by Ian Hawke played by David Cross to do revenge toward Chipmunks. Besides Long, you will be familiar with some voices such as Jesse McCartney as Theodore and Matthew Gray Gubler as Simon.

So, don’t miss this movie, directed by Betty Thomas a female American film director and actress your children is going to love it besides this movie is semi musical so you will find a lot of beautiful songs from David Newman who once succeed with Scooby Doo.
